The Athena Easy Payment Plan is a new and optional student payment program offered at the Athena School of Natural Therapies. The Easy Payment Plan makes budgeting for college expenses more flexible each month because it lets you pay in installments every month on an INTEREST FREE BASIS.
You can make payments by bank card directly from your bank account so that there are no irritating payment dates to remember. All you need to do is complete a simple card debit authority form prior to starting your course of study and we debit the athorised amount every month - it couldn't be easier!
  Look out for the 'Easy Payment Plan' symbol on programmes - it's all very easy!
What does the Easy Payment Plan cover?
The Easy Payment Plan covers all tuition and class fees for the specified period during which you are enrolled in the plan. Expenses for books, fines, parking fees or administrative costs and examination fees charged by the college are not covered in the plan.
How does it work?
The advantage of the Easy Payment Plan is that you gain more flexibility to fit tuition and fee payments into your budget. Instead of making one single payment for the entire amount, you can enroll in The Easy Payment Plan and make a series of separate installments each month throughout the duration of your training on an INTEREST FREE basis. Intallments are collected automatically on 28th of each month.
For example, your full tuition and fees for ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology including the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology would total £1,125.00. If your classes ran from March until September (example) then your payments would be as follows:
- Course fees: £1,125.00;
- Deposit due at time of enrollment 1st January (example): £100.00;
- Course fees balance: £1,025.00, payable in monthly interest free installments as follows;
- 1st installment collected 28th March (this being the first class month): £129.00; plus
- 2nd and subsequent monthly installments collected 28th April - 28th September (this being the final class month): £128.00;
- Total paid: £1,125.00.
Examination fees are collected automatically a minimum of 7 days prior to your course commencement.
How do I enroll in the plan?
To be eligible for the Easy Payment Plan, you must enroll in the plan at or before commencement of your training course. An application form is available upon request or you can click here to download a pdf copy right away.
Enrollment in the Easy Payment Plan is an easy two-step process:
- Complete a Easy Payment Plan Enrollment Form including Card Authorisation Form
- Return it to us by post or hand to the College
What if my payment is late?
As payments are made by bank card and therefore come straight from your bank account, this should never happen. If your payment is not authorised for any reason, we will contact you to ascertain the reasons why and reserve the right to pursue payment in accordance with our standard terms of business which are available by clicking here.
This includes the possibility of suspending attendance on booked training course/s.
