On this 14 day retreat experience you will receive the following unique, tailored made package to suit your individual requirements.
Full ayurvedic dosha type consultation including pulse / tongue diagnosis together with any of the following:
- Abhyanga full body massage
- Shirodhara and ayurvedic head massage
- Ayurvedic foot massage / reflexology
- Pinda sweda-ayurvedic poultice massage
- Udvarthana- cellulite treatment
- Pitzi chilli- ayurvedic warm oil massage treatment
- together with other treatments according to the recommendations of your Ayurvedic Practitioner.
These treatments will be provided daily on weekdays for a total of eight sessions and lasting 2-3 hours daily. Your bespoke treatment plan will be provided to you on arrival in Goa and after your comprehensive dosha analysis has been completed with our experts.
In addition, one to one yoga and meditation instruction and daily classes are available.

The tour in fully escorted by College Principal, Debra Goldston who has been travelling extensively in India for over 20 years. We believe that her personal experience is invaluable in ensuring the smoothing running of our tours and overseas training. Highly experienced and fully qualified tutors from our UK ITEC registered College will also accompany the group to ensure that the treatments fully meets UK standards throughout
Accomodation is in small 1 or 2 bedroom apartments close to both the beach front and the treaiment centre. Accomodation is on a shared basis although sole occupancy is available at an additional charge of £95 per week. Ensuite facilites are included and ceiling fans and / or air conditioning will be provided. We personally select the accomodation to ensure it is clean and in good condition although it should be pointed out in advance that Goan tourist accommodation is largely deemed as basic in comparison with standards at home. We can obtain a quotation for an upgrade to 4 star hotel accommodation a little further away on request. Laundry services are available locally at minimal cost and bikes and mopeds are available for hire by the more adventurous among you!
Cost: Standard two week tour price £1,497.00. £100 deposit to secure your place. The balance is then due 10 weeks before departure.

- All accommodation as described above
- Transfers to and from Dabolim Airport
- All treatments as detailed above
Not included:
- Return flights to and from UK although we will recommend the best value agents to you. Expect to pay around £400 - 450 if you book well in advance.
- Meals and drinks
- Travel insurance
- Sightseeing (although we can arrange this for you at very reasonable rates)
- Tips.
Those participants who wish to extend their stay by a further week in order to simply relax and enjoy this paradise may do so and full arrangements can be made on your behalf - please just ask!
